Primer plat: Dosa
To make dosa is needed:
Rava (semolina) - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
2 tablespoons flour - flour
Oil - 3-4 tablespoons
Coriander Green - 2-3 tablespoons
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - Pinch
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon (to taste)
HOW TO COOK
Rava (semolina) - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup

HOW TO COOK
- Soak the rice and lentils separately for about eight hours.
- Grind the rice a little coarsely.
- Grind the lentils to a smooth, fine consistency.
- Leave to ferment overnight, adding salt to taste.
- Next morning, add enough water to achieve pouring consistency.
- Rub a griddle with the slice of an onion so that dosas do not stick to it.
- Smear a little oil.
- Then pour a little batter on to the griddle.
- Spread it thinly. Then cook lightly on both sides.
- Roll and remove.
- Serve hot with chutneys. (you can also fill it with a desired mixture)
