Tercer plat: Gajar ka Halwa

To gajar ka halwa will need:
Carrot-1. Gram (8-10 medium carrots)
Chinese -250 grams (1 1/4 cup)
Mawa -250 grams (1 cup)
Milk - 1/2 - 1 cup
Ghee - a table spoon
Ksmis - a table spoon (taking DTL)
Marañón - 12-15 grams (4-5 pieces cut)
Naril- spoon (shredded) (if desired)

Shortly Ilaichi- 5-6 (grind shell)
     Boil the grated carrots with condensed milk till it becomes dry.
  1. Add ghee and stir continuously till ghee leavbes the sides of the pan.
  2. Add sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved.
  3. Mix the dry fruits and cardamom.
  4. Serve hot with whipped cream and varak.
