ka Halwa
To gajar ka halwa will need:
Carrot-1. Gram (8-10 medium carrots)
Chinese -250 grams (1 1/4 cup)
Mawa -250 grams (1 cup)
Milk - 1/2 - 1 cup
Ghee - a table spoon
Ksmis - a table spoon (taking DTL)
Marañón - 12-15 grams (4-5 pieces cut)
Naril- spoon (shredded) (if desired)
Shortly Ilaichi- 5-6 (grind shell)
Boil the grated carrots with condensed milk till it becomes dry.
- Add ghee and stir continuously till ghee leavbes the sides of the pan.
- Add sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved.
- Mix the dry fruits and cardamom.
- Serve hot with whipped cream and varak.
